Scott is an experienced operational manager having worked in the Criminal Justice system for more than 23 years.

Scott is recognised by his peers for his healthy sense of humour, which balances his utmost professionalism, clear commitment, drive and innovative enthusiasm to achieve his goals. Formerly the Head of Counter Terrorism Intelligence for High Security Prisons in England, Scott has also played a key role within intelligence and analysis for major crime investigations with the UK Police Service.

Scott has repeatedly demonstrated a key skill of identifying a learning need, designing a range of bespoke training or awareness packages and delivering them to a wide range of students within the UK and abroad. Feedback from these sessions have displayed Scott’s ability to motivate the audiences and produce excellent results. Scott is a member of the International Association of Criminal Intelligence Analysts. He holds DV security clearance.

Scott has delivered training in Brunei for Top2%.
