Colum is the Managing Director of Top 2% and has designed and delivered training for a variety of UK and international clients.
These include include the London Stock Exchange, G4S, UK train operating companies, Dubai Metro, Royal Brunei Police Service and other Brunei Government departments.
A former Firearms Silver, Colum has been in command at UK terror attacks including 7/7 and other major incidents. As a former match commander at both Chelsea and Fulham football clubs, Colum has over 10 years Public Order experience. This level of exposure brings invaluable experience of high risk command to the classroom experience.
Colum only designs and delivers training that adds to the operational capability of his clients. He combines this with accreditation from high profile academic institutes to ensure life long learning and increased value. Colum’s ethos is: ‘Only the best trainers and training will do’.
