A former Headteacher of a school for pupils with social, emotional, mental health and learning needs, I joined Top2% Ltd in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer.
My driving motivation is to help keep your staff and customers safe by delivering the highest quality learning and development programmes that improve performance, safety & mental health.
As a Level 3 Train-the-Trainer in Conflict Management and a Mental Health First Aider, I combine many years' experience of working with young people with additional needs; experience which enables me to deliver high quality training in recognising and managing challenging behaviours, de-escalating potential conflict situations and recognising and managing feelings and emotions.
