RAILWAY SAFETY ACCREDITATION SCHEME (RSAS)

Who this course is for

A first class training package aimed at rail staff and security officers deployed in the railway sector.

The course covers all of the subjects and learning requirements to be able to obtain accreditation by ACPO as an Accredited Person.

The course is delivered by qualified, experienced trainers who have a wealth of operational railway safety and security experience.

Course objectives

  • To achieve accreditation to operate as an Accredited Person and utilise powers granted by the Chief Constable of the British Transport Police.
  • To develop conflict management skills and awareness
  • To understand the values and standards of your company and any partnering organisation
  • Recording of incidents and continuity of evidence
