Barbara has in excess of 25 years experience in recruitment, learning and development and HR at senior management level in the Public, Police and Voluntary sectors.
She is also a Trustee for a charity supporting vulnerable adults: delivering all aspects of HR including, recruitment, training, coaching and more recently undertaking a salary review for a CEO.
As a consultant, Barbara has completed project management roles, training development and delivery and HR Business Partnering. As well as maintaining a Life and Executive Coaching and mentoring business: providing support to individuals in the public, policing, private and charity sectors. Her flexible and positive approach to problem solving and staff development and performance improvement has remained her key focus.
Barbara continues to coach and mentor clients and is currently working as a consultant for Top 2%, advising on a range of HR matters, project management and delivering Leadership and Personal Development training courses.
